Day 4:
Try to start the day with Green tea.
Breakfast: Take fruits like apples or banana, with a fat free yoghurt.
Lunch: Today’s lunch includes tomato soup with radish, lettuce, tomato and whole wheat chapatti with a cup of chopped vegetables.
Dinner: Have cooked brown rice and with fruits pieces of pineapple or apple or orange.
Tip: Take nuts or fruits protein shakes during your snacks and have your food.
Day 5:
Breakfast: Have 1/2 cup berries or citrus fruits with a few almonds and a small glass of fat free milk.
Lunch: 2 Chapattis with vegetables, sprouts and cucumber slices.
Dinner: Vegetable salad.
Tip: Drink as much as water throughout the day. Avoid carbonated beverages.
