  1. Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of our skin is to protect it from the sunlight. In a lifetime of sun exposure can be cause’s wrinkles, age spots or other skin reactions — as well as increases the problem of the skin cancer.

Moisturize dry skin. If our skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. For the daily use, consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.

  1. Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet can be helpfull  to look and feel your best. Eat plenty of vegetables, whole grains fruits, and lean proteins. The association between the diet and acne isn’t clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in the vitamin C and low in the unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might be promote younger looking skin.

  1. Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make you skin more sensitive and the trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems.
