Start the meal with a glass of water:
To reduce your weight you have to follow the diet regularly.
Initially you have to start your day with a glass of water before a meal, such that you feel full, which will helps you from overeating.
And you will stay hydrated.
Make a few simple swaps at every meal:
Instead of using vinaigrette dressing, use green goddess at lunch.
Such that you can save 80 calories. Go for fresh fruits instead of taking dried one. Such that it helps you in reducing your weight.
Have a piece of dark chocolate for dessert:
Many people love to eat sweet or sugar carvings but it is not good for those people who want to reduce their weight.
Instead of eating cookies, go for dark chocolates, you may not satisfy with this but you will addict yourself.
Be diligent with portion control:
Eat the food with a limit, don’t do overeating.

Get more sleep:

Sleep about 7 to 9 hours per night. It is an easy way to keep your weight lose program in a right track.
