This green tea contains a flavor of lavender blossoms which is available in super markets. This adds flavor and it is a sugar free tea. This green tea contains very low calories. You can make it in a very simple manner.

Ingredients:

  1. Dried Lavender Blossoms (Fresh) – 11/2 tsp
  2. Tea bags- 4
  3. Sprig Lavender (Optional)- 1

Method of Making

Boil ½ cup of water in a sauce pan. Remove it from stove. Add tea and lavender to the heated water. Stir for about 5 minutes, strain it into another bowl and leave it for some time to cool. Serve green tea in an ice filled glasses and season it with some lavender sprigs to give more appearance.

Green Tea Kiwi and Mango Smoothie

This can be prepared by mixing up of two different fruits of your choice. Here I took mango and kiwi. Smash both fruits before using it.

Ingredients:

  1. Diced Mango (frozen)- 2 ½ cups
  2. Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt- ¾ cup
  3. Honey- ¼ cup
  4. Lime Rind (grated)- ½ tsp
  5. Ripe Kiwifruit (peeled and quartered)- 3
  6. Baby Spinach (packed)- ½ cup

.7Bottled Green Tea- 2 tbsp

  1. Water- 2 tbsp
  2. Ice Cubes- 2 cups

Procedure:

Mix mango, ½ cup yogurt, water, and lime rind 2 tbsp and make it a fine paste or mixture without any lumps. Pour the mixture in four different glasses and keep it in a freezer. Again take blender container and mix following ingredients ¼ cup yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, kiwifruit, baby spinach and the remaining ingredients in blender, and repeat the above procedure.

Place this green- tea mixture onto the mango mixture and garnish it with kiwi fruit slices. If you really love different flavors add combination of two different flavors. Serve the drink immediately.

Green- Tea Cranberry Spritzer

This type of drink can also serve for small parties which you have regularly in your home. Let your buddies taste different flavors not like regular cool drinks.

Ingredients:

  1. Green Tea Bags- 4
  2. Cranberry juice- ½ cup
  3. Seltzer (Chilled)- 3 cups
  4. Sugar- 1/3 cup
  5. Water- 1/3 cup

Procedure:

Take water to boil in a pan. Add sugar to the boiled water. Stir the content so that sugar dissolves in it completely. Add tea bags to it and allow it to cool for some time. After some time remove tea bags and pour them in four different glasses which are filled with ice. Add cranberry juice to it before pouring it into the glasses. To make it more decorative add on top, chilled seltzer and serve.
