Watch you calorie intake and exercise regularly. Daily weight loss might be very little but over the time it will add up.
Keep Eating: Instead of restricting yourself, try to add foods to your diet. Add healthy food which you love, like add eating red cherries, grapes, etc. Keep fruits in your bag always so that it will be handy. Do keep an eye on total calorie consumption.
Keep realistic goals: In order to stay motivated, set the goals which you can meet. Something like you will eat only green for a day or you will try to meet a personal trainer. Reward yourself when you meet the goals so that you feel that you have accomplished something.
Forget about exercise: In order to burn your calories, go for cycling, play with your dog, wash your car/bike or having great sex with your partner. All these can be substituted for exercise in a day.
Walking: Walking 10 minutes twice a day is equivalent to low-impact 30 minutes workout daily. In order to encourage yourself try parking your car/bike at the last, take a walk around the office/home building in the evenings, use public transport once in a while, take stair whenever you can and participate in charity walks.
Low calorie foods: These days we are getting most of the things you like in a low-calorie version. Butter, cheese, milk etc are available in low calorie specifications and the taste remains the same. Substitute these will the regular food you use and this does help you.
Drink Water: This no-calorie beverage is the best drink one can have daily. Drink as much water as you can daily so that your body has good hydration levels. Drinking a glass of water before meals will help you feel stuffed and you end up eating less which means fewer calories.
Motivate friends: You often share meals with your friends whenever you get a chance. In a similar way, encourage friends for a cycle trip, for a walk in a park nearby, stretch your muscles by playing games. Motivating each other will help your friends too in reducing the weight.
Size matters: Try to have your meals in a smaller plate so that you feel that you feel satisfied when compared to the same quantity of food in a large plate. You mind signals that you had enough when you normally see the bottom of plate or bowl. Also, try having ice cream with a smaller spoon. This gives a longer pleasure and you feel you have eaten more.
Try to eat the food including snacks at the time in day so that your body will be used to it. Weight loss is a journey in which you can have fun and keep your life enthusiastic.
