Day 6:

Breakfast: 1 Idli, 1/2 sliced banana a glass of fat free milk.

Lunch: one cup of rice, fish curry and light yoghurt

Dinner: cooked brown rice, spinach and an apple.

Tip: chilli pepper is has weight reducing properties.

Day 7:

Breakfast: oats with fat free milk.

Lunch: One cup rice, green salads.

Dinner: Grilled chicken, one chapatti and pineapple slices.

Tip: Drink water a lot to lose weight.

Make sure you consult your doctor or trainer before starting any diet plan. Stopping or reducing is not the correct way to lose weight instead a controlled balanced diet with a lot of dedication is the best way to lose weight.
