  1. Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of our skin is to protect it from the sunlight. In a lifetime of sun exposure can be cause’s wrinkles, age spots or other skin reactions — as well as increases the problem of the skin cancer.

Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and apply every two hours — or more than if you are swimming or perspiring.

Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.   1. Don’t smoke

Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to the wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in our outermost layers of the skin, which is decreasing the blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and the  nutrients they are important to our skin health.

Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — the fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity. In the addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out of smoke — can contribute to the wrinkles.

  1. Treat your skin gently

Daily cleansing or shaving can take a toll on the skin. To keep it gentle:

Limit bath time Or Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin. Limit your bath or the shower time, and use warm — rather than hot — water.

Shave carefully. To protect and the lubricate our skin,apply the shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. For the closest shave, use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.

Patdry.  After the washing or bathing, gently pat or blot our skin dry with a towel so that some of the moisture remains on your skin.

Moisturize dry skin. If our skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. For the daily use, consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.

  1. Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet can be helpfull  to look and feel your best. Eat plenty of vegetables, whole grains fruits, and lean proteins. The association between the diet and acne isn’t clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in the vitamin C and low in the unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might be promote younger looking skin.

  1. Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make you skin more sensitive and the trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage the healthy skin — and healthy state of mind — take steps to the  manage of our stress.
