How to Lose Weight Effectively (10 kg-15 kgs)

Initially you have to check your weight or body mass which also called as body mass index.
Then you have to fix that how much weight you have to reduce, and you have to adopt a healthy way to reduce weight.
Calculate your requirements:
In order to reduce weight people are adopting way, in which they are passing out the day without eating food and living on liquids only,
This may leads to unhealthiness, and you lose your confidence about your weight lose instead of weight.
Every human body contains some calories and fat. Which are useful while dieting.
In this you have to calculate your fat percentage and amount of calories present in your body.
Weight loss activities are divided in to 3 phases:
Give up on all unhealthy food:
Eating of all unhealthy food may leads to weight gain and this is not correct for your weight loss.
Initially it is delicious to eat but it is not good for your diet.
Mind your quantity of intake:
Eat three roti or three slices of bread or one third of bowl rice, instead of consuming more.
Add fruits to your diet avoiding vegetables like potato, and fruits like bananas and mangoes.
Take weight loss food items like soaked almonds, lemon water, melon fruits……
Instead of using “Refined flour, red meats, whole milk”, you should adopt “whole flour, lean meats, skimmed meals.
Introduce a medium to slow pace exercise
Do exercise activities like YOGA, MEDITATION, WALKING……… if you are going to join in gym please don’t do it now you can join in to it after completing your first phase.
By continuing this phase 1 activities for month you can reduce your weight of 2 to 2.5 kgs
In this phase you have to divide your meals in 6 and eat something for every 3 to 3 ½ hours. Eat good amount of breakfast than lunch.
After taking of each meal you have to drink a cup of lemon water which is useful for your digestion.
Increase your exercise timings. If you want to work out for 50 minutes then do aerobic and anaerobic exercises or do swimming, lawn tennis………… or if you are interested in walking and jogging then do it. You can take a holiday as a break for one day only on the next day you have to continue the exercise.
Check your weight once in a week. Don’t check daily it may destroy your interest on dieting.
This phase will continue for three months in which you can lose weight up to 8 kgs which depends upon your dedication.
In this phase you have to work hard. This is the last stage in which you can observe more weight lose.
Change your pattern
In the 2nd phase you have did exercise. In this you have to change your wakeup timings, meal timings, exercise timings……..such that you can observe your weight lose.
For women “kick boxing, Pilates…..” are more useful for exercising purpose.
Mostly important thing is that never give-up continue until you get it.
