Step 1: After your base coat has dried, paint your nails using teal blue polish.
Step 2: Using a small dotting tool and hot pink polish, apply five dots in a circle to create a flower. Do this in random areas on the nail.
Step 3: Repeat the previous step using lime green and orange polish for the petals.
Step 4: Use the dotting tool to apply a single dot in the middle of the flowers. Make sure the dot is a different color than the petals. Finish with a top coat to seal in the design and protect your manicure.
To adapt this design for your toenails, paint one flower on each of the smaller nails and create a cute flower arrangement on the big toe.
